What coffee options do you have? Our coffee is currently available as both in Whole bean or Ground options.
Where is your coffee roasted? Even though our coffee is sourced internationally, it is 100% roasted in the USA.
How do you ensure high quality and consistency in your coffee? A small batch of each type of coffee we sell is roasted by experts for superior quality, consistency, and freshness.
Is your coffee ethically sourced? For sure, our coffee is ethically and sustainably sourced through B Corp certified suppliers. It is equally graded and certified as “Specialty Grade Craft Coffee” according to the Specialty Coffee Association’s (SCA) guidelines. Our supplier nurtures robust relationships with coffee farmers, ensuring they receive fair wages and support sustainable agricultural practices.
Where do you currently ship coffee to? Our coffee product is currently only shipped to the United States and its territories, as well as Canada.
Any care instructions for your coffee? Store coffee in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve freshness and aroma. Once opened, seal the bag by closing the locking flap with the bag to prevent the coffee from being exposed to oxygen.
Which size is your coffee sold? We deliver our coffee in a 12oz (340g) plastic bag, well packaged inside a neat carton.
